Kathleen M. Phillips
Kathleen M. Phillips has been practicing law for approximately 30 years. She graduated with honors from Florida State University College of Law where she was a contributor and editor of the Law Review. Ms. Phillips is a well-known and highly regarded labor and ERISA attorney. She has successfully handled numerous Title VII, Section 1983, and other employment discrimination cases. Kathleen M. Phillips is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in Florida State Courts, U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits and U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts. Ms. Phillips is also a member of various organizations including: the AFL-CIO, member of the Executive Board and Lawyers Coordinating Committee, and International Foundation of Employee Benefits. Ms. Phillips has served as member of the Executive Committee of the Employment and Labor Section of the Florida Bar.
